2. Personal data processed

In providing our services the following categories may be processed:

• Identity (name, surname)
• Contact (phone, email)
• Customer transaction data (booking, boat details, marina, service preference, request history)
• Transaction security (IP, device/browser, logs)
• Financial transaction data (payment status; card data processed by the payment institution)

3. Processing purposes

• Planning, performing, and supporting boat cleaning services
• Establishing and performing the contract
• Customer relations and complaint/request management
• Business operations, finance and accounting
• Information security processes
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Communication and marketing where explicit consent exists

4. Legal grounds

Personal data is processed under KVKK Arts. 5 and 6 on grounds of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and where required, explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared with marinas/partners, suppliers, cloud and software providers, and authorised public bodies within processing purposes and in compliance with KVKK. Cross-border transfers follow KVKK requirements.

6. Collection method

Data is collected electronically via website forms, booking and pricing flows, email/phone, cookies, and automated systems.

7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties
• Object to a result solely against you from automated processing
• Claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing

You may submit requests regarding your rights to hello@marinawash.com in line with KVKK and related communiqués. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
